Artec Studio Lite: System Requirements

This article will assist you in selecting the optimal hardware for your 3D scanning and post-processing needs for Artec Studio Lite.

OS

Supported OS: Windows 10 (x64), Windows 11

MacOS is not supported

Virtual Environments are not supported

Graphics/video

cards

NVidia GPU only
Minimal: NVidia GPU Turing architecture or newer(CUDA Compute Capability >= 7.5), GPU memory >= 6 GB

Recommended: NVidia GPU Turing architecture or newer(CUDA Compute Capability >= 7.5), GPU memory >= 8 GB

To use AI features, including AI Photogrammetry, the NVIDIA driver version must be 576.52 or newer.

CPU

 

Intel Core i7 (7xxx and later)
 

Intel Core i9 (7xxx and later)

 

Intel Ultra Core 7, Intel Ultra Core 9

RAM

minimum - 32 GB

recommended - 64 GB

 

Not supported:

  • OS: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Mac OS, any 32-bit OS

  • Virtual Environments (Windows OS installed inside a Virtual Machine) 

  • CPUs: Intel Core i7 8550U, Intel Core i5 8350U, Intel Core i7-1065G7 with integrated GPU

(!) If the graphics card does not meet the minimum requirements (or an outdated graphics driver is installed), the HD reconstruction and AI algorithms will fail.

To use AI features, including AI Photogrammetry, the NVIDIA driver version must be 576.52 or newer.
