High-accuracy scan (Artec Space Spider)
This workflow makes sure that each scan is registered to achieve the best possible result with your dataset. Registration will take longer, there's no simplification at all. Small object filtering and hole-filling are also avoided, so data isn’t changed in any way, making the workflow perfect for applications in metrology, quality assurance, and forensics.
High-accuracy scan (Artec Spider II)
Same high accuracy workflow adapted for Spider II. Once again, simplification, small object filtering, and hole-filling are avoided to prevent changes to data for metrology users. Compared to Space Spider, this workflow offers better peak resolution (0.1 mm) due to Spider II’s newer generation hardware.
High-accuracy HD scan (Artec Eva/Artec Leo)
Same high accuracy workflow adapted for Eva & Leo. Simplification, small object filtering, and hole-filling are avoided here as well. Due to hardware differences, users can expect a lower resolution (up to 0.6 mm) compared to the Spider workflows outlined above.
High-accuracy SD scan (Artec Eva/Artec Leo)
Same process as the aforementioned Eva/Leo workflow, only with HD Mode deactivated. Once again, simplification, small object filtering, and hole-filling are avoided to prevent data changes. With this workflow, users can achieve up to 0.9 mm resolution – even in SD Mode.
Texture-focused processing (All Artec 3D scanners)
Dedicated to optimizing texture, this workflow focuses on improving registration. It also adds several optional steps that maximize results with the data captured. Streamlines the 3D scanning of works of art, retail products, or body parts for medical purposes.
High-resolution scan (Artec Space Spider)
This workflow is designed to get the highest resolution data possible from scans captured with handheld devices. Originally designed for smaller objects, the process will only work if you’ve achieved a complete scan with sufficient features for detailed reconstruction. Resulting meshes are great for forensics, research, archeology, and surgical training.
High-resolution scan (Artec Spider II)
Expect even better resolution results with this high resolution workflow, optimized for Spider II. Hit download and automatically turn your Spider II data into incredibly detailed 3D meshes.
High-resolution scan (Artec Eva/Leo HD Mode)
Maximize resolution with a dedicated workflow for Eva & Leo. Ensure HD Mode is activated prior to scanning and feed captured data into this ready-made pipeline. Note: Process includes artifact healing and mesh simplification. This makes the workflow well-suited to creating polished, watertight models – these steps are less ideal for metrology.
