Known Issues

 

  • Artec Spider II RTF is currently incompatible with NVIDIA RTX 50x0 GPUs
    (A fix is planned for Artec Studio 20.1)

  • Spider II with updated firmware in AS20 is not recognized by Artec Studio 19
    (An add-on for AS19 will be released soon to resolve this). 

  • Artec Point: Slower render performance during high-resolution scanning

  • Artec Point Initialization may fail on Japanese versions of Windows
